REPORTS TO: General Manager STATEMENT:This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a Firehouse Subs Restaurant while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.
Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance to all local, state and federal regulations to include health regulations, hour and wage regulations, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA and any other appropriate regulations required for the legal operation of the business.
Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
Ensures profitability of business by operation shifts within established guidelines and requirements for food cost, labor, controllables, utilities and sales growth.
Providing leadership to the restaurant team to consistently meet standards of superior guest service, quality and cleanliness while embracing the Firehouse Subs “culture” and mission and vision statements.
Assists the GM in coordinating and implementing current operations game plans and company initiatives in a profitable and timely manner.
Participates in interviewing, hiring, training and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
Ensure all required programs, reports and legal documents are accurate, complete and accomplished on schedule.
Implements and promotes all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
Represents Firehouse Subs in a professional, positive manner at all times.
Communicates effectively to the GM/Owner all issues that may impact business.
Able to work on their feet for up to 13 hours at a time.
Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.

Must provide patient care at their level of licensure when staffing a BLS ambulance
Must support the EMT-P when partnered on an ALS ambulance
Must enroll in the next available EMT-P course approved by director
Operate the ambulance in a safe manner.
Must clean and inventory the ambulance within the first 60 minutes of the shift.
Return the ambulance to "ready status" as soon as possible after returning to service.
Execute all forms necessary for patient care according to WCEMS standards.
Perform tasks as set forth by Administration, and other documents.
Must immediately report any actions against your EMT license or Driver's license
Must report any legal actions pending against those licenses
Must submit to a Hepatitis B vaccination or any other required vaccines or sign a form indicating refusal.
Must submit copies of updated licenses, certifications, or authorization
Must submit to a physical exam when requested
Must maintain all required training relevant to job responsibilities, or State mandates

Drives and operates a heavy load hydraulic refuse collection truck
Assists in loading truck and covers assigned area or route
Responsible for loading, tarping and unloading truck
Maintains proper schedule in picking up and hauling garbage and trash to disposal area
Performs routine maintenance on vehicle including cleaning of vehicle
Inspects the equipment for mechanical problems and informs supervisor of any problems
Loads and/or helps load and unload trucks that requires lifting 60 to 125 lbs
May be assigned to operate other equipment as needed
Responsible for the care of maintenance of the tarps and other equipment on the truck.
ADDITIONAL EXAMPLES OF WORK PERFORMED
Operates truck to transport items to and from specified destinations
Operates backhoe and/or small dozer in routine maintenance tasks
Maintains and cleans related hand tools and equipment
May work individually on a specific task or any work on a variety of tasks involving operating machinery
