Purpose of Job:
The primary purpose of your job position is to ensure that all dishes, pots/pans, work utensils and work areas are clean, sanitary and organized as directed and in accordance with established dietary policies and procedures, federal, state and local regulations.

Regulatory Compliance:

Perform dishwashing/cleaning procedures. Assure that dishes, utensils, etc., are readily available for next meal.
Return clean dishes, glassware, silverware, serving utensils, work utensils, etc., are delivered to proper storage area.
Perform daily or scheduled cleaning duties, in accordance with established policies and procedures.
Set up room service trays and staff trays according to established departmental policies and procedures.
Deliver room service trays as necessary.
Remove food trays from carts and take to dishwashing area.
Review and comply with Material Safety Data Sheet information.
Perform other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Restaurant Associate Manager, you'll combine your passion for people and restaurant management skills to deliver excellent guest and employee experiences while driving business results. They say variety is the spice of life, and we agree! Our Restaurant Associate Managers are people leaders and execute all store operations including front- and back-of-house responsibilities. With home office support available to you on a 24/7 basis, you'll have everything you need to succeed.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
2+ years of successful restaurant management experience
Ability and willingness to work 50 hours a week (five 10-hour shifts)
Ability and willingness to work holidays and weekends as needed
A caring attitude with a dedication to hospitality
Valid driver's license
Must be fluent in English

Duties:
Provide assistance with activities of daily living (ADLS), encouraging maximum independence:
Dressing/undressing.
Bathing/showering.
Personal hygiene (shaving, dental hygiene, nail care, hair care, foot care).
Mobility devices (cane, walker, wheelchair, crutches)
Monitors safe transfer and ambulation techniques.
Care of equipment such as eyeglasses, contact lenses and hearing aids.
Incontinence care.
Provide assistance with instrumental activities of daily living (IADLS):
Telephone-assist with calls, hearing and vision adaptive devices
Housekeeping tasks such as tidying room, dusting, bed making and ironing

Coordinates transportation
Shopping, errands, medical appointments, etc…
Meal preparation

Monitor for environmental safety hazards.

At least one year of experience in similar role or responsibilities preferred
Ability to manage time and prioritize
Impeccable customer service skills
Must posses a valid drivers license
Flexibility in scheduling and availability is a requirement
