Opportunity Summary
The Plant Manager provides overall leadership and direction for all aspects of combined cycle plant operations, maintenance, safety, compliance, and administrative programs, ensuring safe, efficient, and reliable performance of the Fairview Energy Center. Responsibilities include overseeing staffing, training, and personnel development, maintaining employee qualifications, morale, and engagement, while providing hands-on support as needed.
Serving as the primary interface with the Owner, regulatory agencies, and the surrounding Laurel Highlands community, the Plant Manager administers project and commercial agreements, manages budgets and financial performance, ensures compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements, and works to enhance the plant's and Owner's reputation within the region and industry.

Serve as the primary contact with permitting and regulatory agencies and act as a liaison to the local community, leading community relations activities to enhance the plant's image as a responsible and engaged neighbor.
Develop and implement staffing, training, and qualification plans for all O&M phases, aligning personnel goals with facility and Owner objectives. Verify that certification status for all affected operations and maintenance personnel is maintained current.

Work Schedule

Your ‘day to day':
Swedish Match North America LLC, develops, manufactures, and sells quality products with market-leading brands such as ZYN nicotine pouches and other smokeless tobacco products. Our vision is “A world without cigarettes,” and our mission is to provide adult consumers with alternatives that are enjoyable but have a lower risk than smoking. We are one of the fastest-growing consumer-packaged-goods (CPG) producers and ZYN is the number one selling nicotine pouch in the US. In order to continually promote and create innovative products that support our vision, we are currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for the Dayton, OH, and surrounding area. The successful candidate will manage all sales and operational functions within the respectively assigned geography.
Selling and servicing Swedish Match's products in retail stores in assigned geography. Gaining new item distribution, promotion execution, and merchandising products, as well as, insuring freshness on all products in all assigned stores. Being able to utilize our data to develop fact-based presentations for our customers and follow our call process. Also, handling all administrative aspects of the job, including expenses and point of sale materials.
Who we're looking for:
Bachelor's degree or directly related work experience is required.
Requires some directly related work experience in non-durable consumer goods sales.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Problem-solving and ability to develop creative solutions
Critical thinking, demonstrate the ability to think and act in selling situations
Analytical skills, able to analyze data and develop a sales plan

Territory Sales Managers must be able to lift, push, pull, reach, conduct overhead work and carry bags and boxes as part of the sales activities (up to 10 pounds on a frequent basis; up to 20 pounds on an occasional basis; possibly up to 50 pounds on a seldom basis).
Upon hire, if it is deemed that you are ineligible for a corporate credit card you will be responsible to pay for travel costs incurred to meet the job obligations. However, you will have the ability to submit weekly expense reports to ensure timely reimbursements.
Annual Base Salary Range: $60,000-$80,000
