Requirements:
Less than high school education; or one year related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Prior housekeeping experience in an institutional setting preferred.

Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult residents.

About the Role:
The Clinical Nurse Manager will play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of high-quality healthcare services within the White River Lodge facility. This position is responsible for managing nursing staff, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and implementing best practices in resident care. The Clinical Nurse Manager will also collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and enhance resident care programs, ensuring that the needs of residents are met effectively. Additionally, this role involves monitoring resident outcomes and making data-driven decisions to improve service delivery. Ultimately, the Clinical Nurse Manager will contribute to creating a safe and supportive environment for both residents and staff.
Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; and two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Must possess current and active license as Registered Nurse in Indiana.
Proven experience in a leadership or management role within a healthcare setting.
Long term care experience preferred.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate nursing staff activities to ensure optimal resident care.
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Conduct regular assessments of resident care quality and implement improvements as needed.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create comprehensive care plans for residents.
Provide training and mentorship to nursing staff to enhance their skills and professional development.
Skills:
