Purpose of Position: This position is responsible for maintaining, securing, and supporting the organization's internal IT systems and end-user computing. Onboard and offboard employees, including account provisioning, equipment configuration, and access permissions. Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and hands-on experience will be considered. 2 years of experience in an IT support, help desk, or systems administration role. Working knowledge of Windows, mac OS, Linux, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, endpoint protection solutions, secure remote access tools, and common business applications. Experience supporting networks, laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing equipment. Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills, with experience effectively engaging and collaborating across all levels of the organization.
