Incident Response and Emergency Management: Serve as the first responder to all security, safety, and medical emergencies occurring on the property. Investigate and document all suspicious activities, alarms, and irregular occurrences, escalating severe incidents immediately to the appropriate managers. Coordinate with local law enforcement, fire department, and emergency services as required, providing clear and concise information.
