Essential Functions Prepare or assist in preparing complete cost estimates for assigned for transmission, distribution and substation projects Plan and execute work while meeting customer defined submission deadlines Schedule and attend field job walk with customer, subcontractor, and construction personnel to determine constructability requirements Attend on site pre-bid meetings and perform job site visits. This involves travel that can require overnight stays Perform or assist in performing take-offs/evaluations for estimate preparation Solicit material vendor pricing and subcontractor proposals including assembly and distribution of project documentation into RFQ/RFP packages Compare various project documents for accuracy and consistency Participate in estimate review process with internal and external stake holders Assist construction personnel throughout the project lifecycle in tracking and understanding basis of cost estimate Assist in the preparation and submission of change orders Participate in job close-out meetings at the end of a project to close any loops in the estimating process Regular and predictable attendance Other duties as assigned Essential functions of this position are to be performed in a Company-designated office or field location Understand and comply with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Ethics Policy and other industry-specific professional and ethical standards About You: Qualifications Ability to understand, and/or possess basic knowledge of construction drawings, specifications, proposals, and other documentation to prepare time/cost/labor estimates for projects and services Required Education Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or similar field of study High school diploma or GED Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Proficient in Microsoft applications with emphasis on Excel Analytical and organizational skills Well developed communication skills, including verbal, and written Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and changing priorities as necessary Ability to work under time pressure and adapt to changing requirements with a positive attitude Ability to be self-motivated, proactive and an effective team player Ability to interact effectively and professionally with all levels of employees, both management and staff alike, vendors, clients, and others Problem-solving skills Organizational skills What We Offer: Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience, paid weekly via direct deposit. The primary responsibilities include care coordination, intake screening, and providing evaluation and treatment to patients in the form of individual, marital, family and group therapy in a clinical practice, as well as participating in evaluation, diagnosis and development of treatment plans for patients. These services are provided under the clinical supervision of a licensed Clinical Social Worker, licensed Professional Counselor, licensed Marriage and Family Therapist or licensed Clinical Psychologist as applicable to the state of Wisconsin and according to the philosophy and practice objectives established by Marshfield Clinic Health System. The Justice Programs Technician is a critical member of the Portage Justice Programs team, responsible for collecting, processing, and documenting biological samples in accordance with Wisconsin standards. This position ensures the integrity of the drug and alcohol testing process, which supports participant accountability, program compliance, and overall public safety. 2026 pay range starts at $19.95 / hr What are the primary job duties? Administer same gender observed urine drug screens and/or other biological sample collections (e.g., oral swabs, breathalyzers) in a professional, respectful, and trauma-informed manner. Adhere strictly to chain of custody protocols to ensure the accuracy and integrity of all samples collected. Conduct initial specimen validity checks (temperature, appearance) and document results clearly and accurately. Maintain and update participant testing schedules in coordination with Drug Treatment Court team and case management staff. Ensure proper storage, packaging, and transportation of samples for laboratory analysis. Maintain meticulous records of all tests, including documentation of missed tests, refusals, and non-compliance, following Wisconsin Treatment Court, Diversion Programs, and Day Report data reporting requirements. Provide timely, precise reports to the case management team for case review and court proceedings. Communicate test results to the case management team members in a timely and confidential manner.
