Worst management experience of my life. Lack of leadership and mostly micromanagement.
Getting off at 3 on Friday's.
The vise president works hard and it shows. The CEO is kind and sociable with the team. But that sums it up.
I would start by removing the toxic manager's in specific departments. They are bringing down the culture and creating a high turn over for the company.
I prepared by showing up. I did my research on the products and the job qualifications and sold myself based on what i knew before accepting my position.
I make the same amount of money as the new hires. Not exactly ideal.
