What you will be doing

What you will be doing
Prepare clear, well-structured audit documentation for advanced assignments, ensuring the execution of high-quality audits.
Apply in-depth knowledge of industry-specific accounting to solve problems and meet client deadlines using appropriate audit procedures.
Provide timely feedback to associates and interns through regular meetings during and after audits to support their professional development.
Set and articulate goals, identifying milestones for personal advancement within the Firm while maintaining strong performance.
Collaborate effectively in a hybrid work environment, communicating regularly with peers and management to ensure project deadlines are met.
Review the work of associates and interns to ensure compliance with audit procedures and documentation, while proactively identifying issues and progress to the engagement team.
What you must have
Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent years of experience.
CPA license or actively pursuing CPA license.
150 credit hours for CPA certification or actively pursuing.
Minimum two years of experience in tax compliance.
Must possess a valid state Driver's License.

What you will be doing
Oversee strategic client planning, including detailed analysis, plan development, and impactful presentations.
Manage tax profitability by analyzing procedures and suggesting improvements.
Establish and manage project budgets for tax services throughout the engagement process.
Represent clients in IRS matters before federal and state tax authorities.
Manage large tax engagements, including staffing, scheduling, and location requirements to ensure smooth operations.
Monitor engagement budgets through analytics and reporting, making adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.
Provide technical expertise to team members, staying current with industry standards and acting as a subject matter expert.
Direct all client meetings and presentations, fostering strong relationships with current and prospective clients.
Identify additional services for existing clients and develop new business through referrals and contacts, including cross-selling opportunities.

What you must have

What you will be doing
Serve as a Primary or Secondary Engineer for assigned clients to build strategic plans, from analysis to plan development, recommendations, and presentation
Collaborate with Network Engineers and leadership to design, implement, and support local and wide‑area network solutions for clients
Performs preventative maintenance on client computer systems as directed by Primary Engineers by following procedures and guidance to ensure clients systems are regularly maintained.
Lead and manage projects from planning and proposal through execution and completion, including coordinating timelines, resources, and client communication.
Monitor, manage, and resolve service tickets from creation to completion, handling more complex troubleshooting and escalating tickets as appropriate.
Perform and oversee preventative maintenance activities to ensure client systems meet firm standards for security, performance, and sustainability.
Provide technical expertise to our team members and clients while staying updated on industry standards.
Regularly travel to CT based client locations to troubleshoot problems or deploy hardware and software
Provide after-hours emergency support and planned maintenance as needed
Meet billable hour targets through project, support, and recurring work
What you must have
Associate degree in Information Technology or related field from an accredited college or university and/or equivalent years of experience
Minimum two years' experience working in a Microsoft Server Environment required
Minimum two years experience managing SMB business network environments
Preferred Certifications: CompTIA Security+, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, Vendor Specific certifications (e.g., VMWare, Sonicwall, Microsoft)
Working knowledge of general firewall and routing concepts.
Experience managing Microsoft 365 Environments
Knowledge in Windows Server 2008-2025 and Active Directory
Must have a valid driver's license (or equivalent legal authorization to operate a vehicle)
Must have access to reliable transportation to travel to various office and client locations as required.

Design, implement, and support Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365 environments remotely and on site
