I really don't have con there was no bad experience just one manager that was taking credit for all of my having lifting but I love working there
I can hop on all day I grow so much cuz this job I have healthy food relationship, my time management was made here I was able estimate majority of when certain where need be replenished by packing on shelf or order more to have in the back room or just to have ready for specific requests. Managing my team morale and efficiency made super happy see my team relaxed and knowing we were prepared for any rushes we communicated are needs and bantering up lift the mood and kill time.
I enjoy answering questions about products I have good knowledge of and helping people find what they need. They hire hardworking, capable and genuinely good people and promote from within.
They want full availability from you. Your schedule is never set or the same and your shifts are sometimes less than 12 hours apart. Hours vary as well which isn't conducive to paying bills or saving. They want everything from you as far as time, energy and productivity and service but deliver very little as far as benefits or being understanding of the human and practical need for stability and rest periods between shifts.
The quiet room and they are great about giving breaks.
Working some great people
Horrible pay, management is terrible, they micromanage and gaslight people. Big turnovers with employees
Meeting great people that discuss how terrible work for Whole Foods is.
I like the CEO as much as the CEO likes me. Leadership needs to realize that their employees are what makes the wheel turn and not treat them as replaceable pawns.
Treat your employees better before the company goes bankrupt from poor performance. Employees are tired of being treated poorly and being underpaid.
Honestly, don’t even bother. Go to Trader Joe’s or target, this place will not last under amazon.
Making a difference in people’s lives with my time, experience, and service. The people and culture have always been important to me as well as being empowered to run the business and be a decision maker.
The culture has diminished over the last five years and the opportunities for growth are just not there for those with experience who are looking to move into another position.
Pretty much being my own boss and being able to make a difference in people’s lives.

Decent place to work
Employees are not paid enough in many cities to equal an enormous work load.
Minimum perks. This varies based on the store and the management. At one store I felt highly appreciated and was given gift cards for working hard or when I helped in another department when needed. Transferred stores and don't always feel part of the team or appreciated and I get an enormous amount of work done and am a team trainer.
