Students applying to WSU must submit a non-refundable $30 application fee when submitting their application for admissions. The Rhatigan Student Center is the hub of student life at WSU. Located in the center of campus, the Rhatigan Center houses places to eat, study, hang out with friends, shop, relax or get a haircut.
