This role pays $28/hr - $35/hr, based on education & experience.
Job Summary: Will diagnose commercial roof leaks & make appropriate repairs. Lead in roof maintenance & small repair jobs. Responsible for paperwork, timesheets and ensuring CentiMark Safety Policies are being followed.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum of two (2) or more years experience in general roofing
Working knowledge of commercial/industrial roofing procedures and safety
Excellent communication, analytical, leadership, interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills
Experience with: Single Ply, EPDM, PVC & TPO a plus
A valid state driver's license (in good standing)
Able to lift 50 lbs. and climb up and down ladders to minimum heights of 25 feet
18 years of age or older
Authorized to work in the United States
Have reliable transportation
Bilingual also a plus

Nations Roof is seeking an experienced commercial roofing foreman to manage crewmembers, oversee project safety, and communicate with clients.

Our projects range in scope from large scale new construction, industrial, hospitality, distribution centers, retail centers, office buildings, residential apartment buildings and green roofs, to large renovation projects and repair and maintenance of existing buildings.
Responsibilities:
Lead and train helper to install and maintain roofing systems and provide watertight covering to existing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal roof systems.
Organize and set up job sites
Complete daily paperwork
Ensure crew abides by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection
Participate in safety meetings and training events
Skills/Qualifications:
3-5 years commercial roofing experience
Prior experience with installation of existing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal roof systems
Management of crew and job inventory
Willing to abide by all job-site safety requirements, including PPE, fall protection, etc.
Hard working and punctual individual
Ability to work 8- to 12-hour shifts, weekdays and weekends
Must have a valid driver's license and insurable driving record
Additional experience/ skill a plus:
5-10 years of experience
Knowledgeable of correct procedures for manufactures and inspection of completed work
Additional metal roof application experience is a plus

Qualifications/Requirements:
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; preference will be given to candidates with additional vocational training or certification in carpentry or construction management.
Ten (10) to 15 years of experience at a construction company, with at least three (3) years in a supervisory or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and safety practices particularly in steel and wood stud settings.
Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings, and construction documents.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team.
Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure, as a team, to meet tight deadlines.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required. A company vehicle will be issued within 90-days if employee maintains satisfactory performance and is approved by Alliance's insurance company.
Completion of OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 within 30 days of hire.
Physical Requirements:

Roles and Responsibilities: include but are not limited to:

Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment by conducting inspections, lubricating, and cleaning on a daily basis
Read and interpret blueprints, structural drawings, and specifications to complete work activities
Ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction and to help grow the business
Work closely with Crew technicians to ensure the timing, materials, quality and completion of jobs meet or exceed expectations.
Establish strong working relationships with all Operation Team members to work collaboratively, ensure client expectations are met or exceeded, and contribute to a positive and proactive culture
Qualifications
3 or more years' experience in the landscape/construction industry
Knowledge and/or experience in horticulture, landscape design and/or construction, a plus
Education:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
Degree in horticulture or a related field of study, or equivalent, a plus
License:
Valid driver's license required for operating VHC vehicles
CDL license, or the ability to obtain one, a plus
Physical Requirements, Skills and Characteristics:

A Window & Door Install Foreman is responsible for window and door installation of a single job site under the guidance of the Install Project Manager and Production Manager. A foreman will perform installations with support from a Window & Door Install Assistant.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee single site job installation processes and homeowner satisfaction
Provide flawless first time window and door installation in accordance with installation procedures.
Daily review of scope of work and materials to ensure proper installation.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Experience with general and finish carpentry including window and door installation preferred.
Required Skills
Must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record.
Ability and willingness to coach and mentor other Installers.
Work Environment:
Physical demands are typical to those of construction work. They can demand regularly lifting or moving 50 lbs and up to 90 lbs with assistance. Climbing ladders. Using power and hand tools. And more.
Working conditions require the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. And frequently requires the use of personal protective equipment to prevent exposure to noise, heights, and hazardous materials.
The work schedule is typically Monday - Friday 7am to 3:30pm and can vary based on the job scope.
95% travel required in and around Dane County. The remaining 5% is on the road or at our Waunakee Warehouse.
