Commercial Roofing experience is REQUIRED. Nations Roof is seeking an experienced commercial roofing foreman to manage crewmembers, oversee project safety, and communicate with clients. Responsibilities: Lead and train helper to install and maintain roofing systems and provide watertight covering to existing BUR, Modified Bitumen, EPDM, TPO, PVC and metal roof systems. The Foreman has supervisory responsibility for the crew assigned and managerial responsibility for the projects completed by the crew. The Foreman must ensure the crew is completing the project as per the specification, on time, and within the budget. Customer satisfaction is among the highest priorities and is achieved through the safe delivery of a quality roof and good communication. A key role for the Foreman is the development of crew personnel as world-class roofers.
