The Maintenance Lead is responsible for the Maintenance operation of the roughly 1,500-acre facility dedicated to car and truck performance and product development testing. The job is accomplished thru working with a team of purchase service employees, APG hired service providers and, if applicable, Ford Land/CBRE hired service providers to make sure all facilities; like tracks, buildings and equipment, are clean and available, operating correctly and meet the expectations and requirements of all our internal and external customers. Funding for the work comes from APG's maintenance budget and capital funding which requires managing budgets and writing appropriation requests. The Maintenance Lead will be expected to work with local employees (Ford personnel, as well as non-Ford personnel and brokering customers) and communicate with testing, engineering, and management teams. The Mainteance Lead will be part of the Ford Management Team at APG. Bachelor of Science (BS) in electrical/mechanical engineering or construction management or equivalent (preferred). SUPERVISOR: Athletic Director CLASSIFICATION: Coaching Coaching is a part-time position and is responsible for the planning, promotion and administration of a quality softball program. Coach will plan and promote athletic practices, schedule transportation, coordinate fundraisers when needed, and other team events. Coach will enforce all school, conference and Arizona Interscholastic Association rules and regulations. The primary focus of the season will be to improve the middle school softball program and to create a strong foundation of skills and leadership for participants. Coach will stress Pursuing Victory with Honor principles during practices and games.
