Here is what they found.

  • Employees wanted to make anImpact , to see their contributions make a difference
  • ThePeople : a diverse, smart group of caring people that are never too busy to help
  • A littleBalance goes a long way. WideOrbiters work smart and use their time wisely to accomplish tasks so they can pursue other passions outside of work
  • Lastly, WideOrbiters value and appreciate strongLeadership
  • If you look into this company, you will see people that have been with them for years. It is getting more and more uncommon to see people sticking with the same company for more than, say, 5 years. But WideOrbit is full of employees who boast, 9, 10, even 13 years with the company. That type of longevity just shows how much WideOrbit values its people and how well they take care of them.
