Too political and religious, management is bad and doesn’t care much about workers they say one thing and then do something else, don’t follow through on promises
Tshirts, food
There’s not a lot of pros…they are very knowledgeable about furniture.
I would improve pay and benefits instead of spending money on lunches, parties, tshirts and classes
