I have extensive experience facilitating the action of a leadership team weaving the capabilities of people, processes and technology to assure strategic planning, risk mitigation and business and service delivery best practices with input from external advisors including our CPA firm, legal firm, external auditors, international accrediting body, insurance brokers, retirement plan and benefit advisors, and executive leadership coach.

Darin has been leading large engineering and construction organizations for over 20 years in the capacity as CEO, COO, and CFO.
