If you like high-school antics and poorif any training, and lazy, rude, unprofessional management, then Wild Waves is the place for you.
Unrealistic expectations, lack of competent careing management. Park is filthy, run down offices are the same. Mildew and trash everywhere! Don't eat the food! Profits over investing to improve park.
Benefits are okay.
Leadership is lacking. Never met or seen CEO.
Treat employees with respect, dignity and hold all Directors, Managers and Supervisors accountable and stop the double standards for your work buddies.
Not much to prepare for. Turnover is high. Hire whoever will take the lowest pay.
Salary pay is about 20% below industry standard. Hourly pay is decent because of minimum wage standards.
Little diversity.
Some flexibility with schedule.
