The pros of working at Wild West Express are great pay, great benefits and a great working atmosphere.
Location is towards the outskirts of town, a little bit longer commute for me.
My favorite benefits at Wild West Express are a company matched 401K, company provided life insurance policy and PTO to use as needed.
The leadership team at Wild West Express is very hands on and provides a lot of knowledge and resources to be able to get our jobs done properly.
I would improve the culture by having better coffee and snacks in the break room.
I prepared for my interview by researching the company and speaking to a couple of current employees.
I would consider my compensation above average for this industry.
Our organization is very diverse and multicultural.
Personally, the most fulfilling part of my job is being able to share my knowledge that i have gained about the industry with new employees and also the comradery of the staff making most days enjoyable.
