Pros of working at Wilder Foundation

At first, I was excited but over time the reality set in.

Cons of working at Wilder Foundation

The culture is toxic. There is a lack of clarity. There are definite favorites who have access to things that others do not and it is hard to understand the rules. I do not trust leadership. It is kind of an old-school white guy way of operating.
