* Execute field upgrades, I/O expansions, radio path studies, antenna replacements, and minor PLC logic or HMI screen changes while minimizing plant downtime

* Conduct preventive maintenance, system backups, basic disaster-recovery tests, and firmware/security updates on field devices
* Thoroughly document all work including service tickets, root-cause analysis reports, as-built drawings, infrastructure inventories, and system changes
