I spent 12 years as a management consultant for Deloitte working with law firms and corporate counsel. Before joining Deloitte, I was a litigator with a national law firm providing litigation services to Fortune 500 companies and public entities. I led the resolution and settlement of a dispute between a specialty contractor and state agency related to a $2.4B state transportation project. In this role, I routinely resolved construction disputes between multiple sophisticated business entities as well as represented corporate and public agencies, and other entities in contract negotiations. As a registered patent attorney, I crafted patent validity opinions, prosecuted patent applications, and counseled clients on complex intellectual property matters involving infringement, acquisition, and licensing. I am also an agile communicator having the ability to lead change and ambiguity, engage key stakeholders, and empower diverse teams to create outstanding business impact. I am sought-after speaker on topics such as fraud, data analytics, and diversity/inclusion.
