What You Bring: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a high-volume distribution center or warehouse environment Two years of supervisory or leadership role, focused on inventory control, accuracy, and loss prevention. Deep knowledge of inventory principles, including cycle counting, physical inventory, and variance analysis. Strong understanding of operational and financial controls related to inventory, excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Strong proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory control software.
