Job Description
As a Commercial Tire Technician at Wilks Truck Center, you will be accountable for properly and safely performing the tire and related services needed for all commercial tire users both in the truck center and on the road.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
Service Commercial Tires including dismounting and mounting any type of tire.
Train to perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary
Inflating of tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements
Perform roadside service calls on a rotating on-call schedule
Determine repairable tire conditions and making such repairs
Remove tires for retreading or repair as needed
Respond in a timely manner to customer service calls, diagnosing issues, and performing on-site repairs and/or replacements
Clean and maintain service equipment
Properly maintain assigned Service Vehicle including appearance of on-board service equipment
Wear proper PPE, use tire cages, and follow all other safety policies and procedures
Perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including commercial tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting.
Report any safety issues immediately to management.
Help keep shop clean and organized
Any other duties as assigned by management
Basic Qualifications:
Valid Driver's license and good driving record
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.

Liberty Tire Recycling is looking for a Box Truck Driver. As a driver, you will be going out to main stores to pick up their used tires. You will be going out with a Route Helper, a team of 2. Both of you are responsible for manually loading and stacking these used tires onto the back of the trucks. Each tire can weigh up to 50 lbs.
Duties and Responsibilities:
1 year experience box truck experience
Must have and maintain acceptable MVR in compliance with DOT
Minimum 1 year of commercial driving experience or equivalent military experience
Must pass post-offer background and drug test
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must be willing to work overtime and Saturdays as needed and some on Holiday's.
You must be willing to start at 6:00 AM on most days and the ending time for the day depends on your daily route.
Must be willing to load and lace the tires into the trailers.
Must be willing to always be professional at our tire stores
Skills and Abilities:
21 years of age with clean driving record
Must have and maintain acceptable MVR
Education and Experience:
Prior experience in the tire recycling or manufacturing industry is a plus.
Compensation:

Responsibilities
Complete disassembly of vehicle to assist Collision Estimators in assessing damage to prepare a 100% Repair Plan
Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
Plan work procedure: follow work order for all operations listed
Remove upholstery, accessories, electrical and hydraulic windows, and seat operating equipment to gain access to damaged area of vehicle if needed. Store parts on carts or cover to eliminate potential damage
Mend damaged body by hammering out or filling in dents and welding broken parts; ensure all gaps and fits are to industry standards; remove damaged panels and bolts or welds replacement parts in position and reassemble after parts are painted
Operate a variety of hand and power tools (e.g. welder, soldering equipment, cutting torch, blocks, hammers, wrenches, sander, spray guns, etc.)
File, grind, and sand repaired surfaces before turning vehicle over to the Paint Dept.
Repair or replace defective parts
Ensure all needed repairs identified to eliminate supplements and minimize repair time
Inspect and test drive repaired vehicles to check for compliance with safety and quality standards
Perform other related duties as assigned
Comply with all Classic Collision standard operating procedures, safety, rules, and guidelines
Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
I-CAR / ASE certifications preferred
2-3 years' collision repair experience preferred
Valid Driver's License Required

Skilled in advanced technical deductive problem solving and can promptly detect, analyze and resolve computer software and network problems - sometimes with little time or data.
Ability to manage difficult client situations, responds promptly to client needs and solicits client feedback to improve service.
Demonstrates professional verbal and written communication skills, able to speak with authority and can provide accurate and detailed written reports and documentation.
Shows leadership as a team player and is expected and encouraged to participate in a team-oriented environment and mentor less-experienced team members.
