Position Overview
PRE‑TEC is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Planner/Analyst to join our team. In this role you will help optimize how we plan, build, report on, and deliver automation projects. You will act as a bridge between engineering, manufacturing, project management, and service/support, helping ensure we make data‑driven decisions, maintain accurate visibility, streamline workflows, and support growth.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with internal stakeholders (engineering, project management, operations, purchasing, service/support) to gather, clarify, and document business requirements to support project execution.
Design, build, and maintain dashboards and regular reports to track project status, budget vs. actual, and resource capacity.
Leverage our ERP system(s) to ensure accurate capturing of project data (costs, scheduling, resource allocation), facilitate forecasting, and provide visibility across departments.
Assist in process mapping and documentation between engineering and production.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, a related field or work experience.
2+ years experience as a Manufacturing Planner/Analyst or in a similar role, ideally within industrial/manufacturing, robotics, systems integration, or related environment.
Strong hands‑on experience with ERP / CRM systems, understanding how they are used in a project / manufacturing / parts / service lifecycle.
Advanced Excel skills: pivot tables, advanced formulas, data modeling, scenario analysis.
Experience with SQL or other query languages / data manipulation is a plus.
Proven ability to build dashboards and reports for operational and project‑management visibility.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Comfortable working across teams.
Strong analytical thinking, detail oriented, ability to manage multiple priorities.

Admin and Collection Specialist - Job Duties includes but is not limited to:
* Reconciles and posts payments on accounts accurately and promptly.
* Receipts all monies received checks for money due.
* Enters finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger by customer.
* Files all cash receipt records, check stubs, and bank receipts.
* Prepares cash deposits and fills out the cash control sheet daily.
* Reconcile statements and follow-up collections as necessary.
* Prepares accounts receivable statements monthly.
* Performs background checks on credit applications. Gives approvals for current charges.
* Processes daily credit card & recurring payments.
* Researches and processes chargebacks, returns, and bad checks.
* Answers account receivable phone calls and follow up on inquiries.
* Updates customers' account information.

* New Customer Welcome packets
* File Management
* Maintenance of Title Log
* Assistance with small claims judgements
* Fills in for other administrative positions as needed and directed by management.
* Assists with related special projects as required.
