Mr. ElSawy has been the Chief Executive of Noblis since October 2007 and serves as the President responsible for the general management and strategic direction of its overall scientific, technical, financial, and administrative activities. He was elected to the Noblis, Inc. (Noblis) Board of Trustees in 2007. Mr. ElSawy has extensive experience leading organizations and developing innovative solutions to some of the most complex challenges facing public sector enterprises in the following domains: national security, transportation, health, and the environment. His work experience includes research and development, complex engineering of information and telecommunications systems, modeling and simulation, enterprise transformation using cloud and high performance computing, program management and acquisition of large scale systems. He has also earned an international reputation as a leader in aviation; informing domestic and international aviation policy. Under his leadership as President & CEO, Noblis was selected several times as a Top Employer by the Washington Post, selected as one of the “50 Best Small and Mid-size Companies to Work for in America,” and named one of the “World’s Most Ethical” companies by the Ethisphere Institute. Prior to joining Noblis, Mr. ElSawy was a Senior Vice President and General Manager of the Center for Advanced Aviation System Development of The MITRE Corporation. Mr. ElSawy served for seven years as the Director of the Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) for the FAA. Mr. ElSawy holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration from Georgetown University, a Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from The George Washington University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from West Virginia University. In 2009, Mr. ElSawy was named EcoCEO by SmartCEO magazine and was named to the Washingtonian Tech Titan list multiple times. In 2012, he was elected to the George Washington University Engineering Hall of Fame and in 2016 he was selected to the Wash100 by Executive Mosaic. Mr. ElSawy currently serves as a Board Member of the Northern Virginia Technology Council (NVTC), and a Board of Trustees member of George Washington University.

Ms. Jennings' professional career has spanned many facets of corporate administration and employee relations. She has over 25 years of experience in the defense services industry. Prior to joining PeopleTec, she was a corporate Vice President of Administration at SAIC where she oversaw administrative operations for the southeast region. From 1995 through 2003, Ms. Jennings was the Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Secretary and a Director at Quality Research, Inc. She was responsible for all aspects of corporate administration including Human Resources, Security, Facilities, Technical Publications and Corporate Information Systems. Ms. Jennings attended Motlow State College in Tennessee.

Brian Papay, Anglepoint’s Chief Executive Officer, is responsible for running Anglepoint’s global team and brings over 15 years of experience designing, implementing, and optimizing license and asset management programs.With a deep understanding of licensing strategies, Brian specializes in helping customers introduce proactive approaches to managing their IT investments and delivering cost-effective infrastructures that are closely aligned to business strategies.Brian Papay joined Anglepoint in 2017 as its Chief Operating Officer and brings 15+ years of experience in software asset management and licensing. In addition to Anglepoint, Brian was responsible for Oracle’s License Management Services Group for North America, ran BEA Systems’ Licensing Team for North & South America, and was a Director at KPMG.Based out of Anglepoint’s Santa Clara, California headquarters, Brian graduated from Santa Clara University with a specialization in Operations Management and Information Systems.
