About this Role
The Field Quality Manger at Quanta Infrastructure Solutions Group (QISG) will be responsible for monitoring and auditing a project's quality management requirements and executing the Project Quality Management Plan. The QA Manager leads the planning and surveillance of procured equipment and materials, assisting the Director of Quality in measuring Quality Management System processes. Develop and review planning for quality requirements of projects, including identifying the appropriate standards, guidelines, and checklists for the project

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Certifications involving inspection, testing, welding inspection, structural bolting, testing, and commissioning
Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in various aspects of design, surveillance monitoring, and Project Management, including:

The Enica Engineering team is seeking a high performing, proactive Senior Energy Engineer who can self-start and deliver high value to the client with minimal oversight from Enica Project Managers and Enica's Senior Management. The Senior Energy Engineer is hyper-organized, semi-autonomous, and a strong communicator who can collaborate directly with client stakeholders in Senior Management Positions on a daily basis.
Core Requirements
Strong energy analysis capabilities with sound technical fundamentals to deliver energy analysis in a timely and effective manner.
Working knowledge of energy modeling in software and in spreadsheets.
Working knowledge of energy economics.
Knowledge of energy audit and retro-commissioning process and practices.
Ability to consistently deliver work on or ahead of schedule.
Ability to delegate work effectively to junior team members.
"Vision for value": Able to extrapolate the client's value proposition based on limited criteria provided by the client. The value path needs to be logical and clearly align with client objectives.
Define the roadmap and collaborate with the client to achieve the objective with very little direction and often limited information from the client.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and technical teams.
Experience working effectively with sub-contractors, potential future sub-contractors, and other project stakeholders to effectively develop and implement energy projects.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills/Experience
PE, CEM, or other similar energy/engineering credentials.
Working experience with Building Management Systems/Building Automation Systems (BMS/BAS)
Working knowledge of NY/NJ utility incentive programs (ConEd, NYSERDA, NJ SmartStart)
Energy Project Finance and Funding Methods.
