SPI's core services are third-party, client-facing building commissioning, retro-commissioning, engineering, energy management, and environmental sustainability. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Provide primary support for managing day-to-day activities for the SPI group. Applicants should have formalized training or education related to HVAC or an applicable engineering discipline with a minimum of ten years' experience in a technical or building operations-related field. Strong understanding of and working experience with commercial building HVAC infrastructure (chillers, boilers, air handling units, etc.) Hands-on expertise in writing, troubleshooting, and fine-tuning BAS programming, as well as configuring and updating graphical user interfaces and pages. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clients, project managers, and technical teams. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to task management and project completion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Current Covid and Flu Vaccination may be required in order to be considered for the position due to client contract requirements.
