Absolutely nothing...if your white, avoid at all costs.
None of the benefits matter if your not getting paid. That's why they can give you the bullshit benefits...they don't pay your worth. They need to unionize.

The leadership team doesn't understand what leadership is
Went in on my birthday...with OSHA credentials. Tremendous experience as a project manager...they basically led me on for a week and then let me go. Said it was culture relates. Bullshit.

I felt uncomfortable. Over qualified. Felt like a big fish in a small sea. There were definitely racial overtones among the all black hiring team.
