The Opportunity:
The Associate II is responsible for performing information systems security and assurance audits of networks, systems, applications, platforms, databases, and operating procedures in accordance with established Federal auditing standards, thus determining the effectiveness of the information systems and security controls to properly secure and safeguard government Information Technology infrastructure and information assets. The Associate II also participates in audits of financial systems to attest to the effectiveness and adequacy of the system's data processing and security controls. This will enable the Associate to collect, process, maintain, and report accurate, reliable, and complete financial information.
The Associate II shall also participate in vulnerability and risk assessment reviews and evaluations of the client's IT infrastructure to determine the adequacy of the controls to detect and prevent unauthorized activities, provide an acceptable level of risk to the organization, and establish controls to mitigate loss. The Associate is expected to be familiar with or willing to be trained on information pertaining to Federal laws, the US Office of Management and Budget, and the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) information technology concepts, practices, standards, and procedures; industry best practices; and audit frameworks such as COSO and COBIT.

Assist the Senior Associate in performing test procedures
Examines accounting documents to verify accuracy and compliance with policies, procedures, and acceptable accounting standards

You Have:
A Bachelors Degree in -business, accounting, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related discipline from an accredited university
A minimum of a 3.0/4.0 Grade Point Average (GPA)
Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably with CPA firms or within BIG4 experience
An active security clearance
A level of understanding in the areas of information systems audit, internal control reviews, and general and application control reviews
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to perform work that requires attention to detail, analytical ability, and organization
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work under tight deadlines
Must be willing and able to travel domestically and internationally when needed, up to 25%

Salary:
Salary at Williams Adley is determined by various factors, including but not limited to the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, contract-specific affordability, and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is between $65,000.00 and $75,000.00 (annualized USD) based on experience, skills, and certifications. Job Description:
The Deployment Specialist executes all team-related deployment responsibilities, including resource scheduling and data maintenance within resource management tools and systems. Deployment Specialists assist Deployment Managers with the preparation and compilation of weekly, monthly, and ad hoc resource management reporting.
Responsibilities Staffing and Resource Allocation:
Facilitate the scheduling process of team members across all levels in a timely manner based on timing, travel, levels, skills, and other necessary requirements, while balancing capacity with open needs and proposing solutions to maximize utilization and drive profitability.
Work with Deployment Managers to facilitate the resource allocation process across all team member levels, including utilization of relevant Complementary Workforce personnel such as BT Pie and collaboration with Deployment Managers across different business units to ensure the optimal allocation and cross-utilization of resources.

Develop an understanding of the skills, experiences, and career goals of professional staff to enable optimal client assignments.
Assist Deployment Managers in preparing content related to the latest project pipeline of in-flight, sold, and upcoming projects, ahead of Weekly SL RM calls and Internal SL RM Connects.
Participate in Weekly SL RM Calls, listening closely, taking detailed notes with action items, and managing follow-up action items related to scheduling system maintenance.

Training and Development:
Learn and develop from direct on-the-job coaching and mentoring by Deployment Managers and participate in firmwide learning and development programs.
Develop an understanding of how resource allocation decisions impact the economic aspects, (i.e., profitability and financial reporting) of the professionals assigned, while also grasping how business concepts like bill rates, leverage, and realization interact with and support overall business success.
Provide system training for team members across all staff levels, including training on key Resource Management systems for new hires and introduction of new system / technology for existing team members.
Business Relationship Building and Communication:
Utilize entrepreneurial skills to network and build strong relationships internally with team members within Resource Management, as well as team members across all levels in the business.
Other:
Escalate day-to-day Resource Management issues / questions to their respective Deployment Managers.
Collaborate with Deployment Managers and other teams such as Talent Management, Talent Attraction, Learning & Development, and Operations to plan for and address flexible work arrangements, performance management, and workforce planning.
Serve as an informal Resource Management buddy for new hires, helping their transition and providing Resource Management-related support during their onboarding.

The Opportunity:

Successful candidates will have:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a closely related field.
Experience implementing a leading financial planning and consolidation software (EPM/CPM solution) - OneStream or Oracle EPM/PBCS highly preferred. Minimum of - seven (7) years of technical architecture experience, with minimum of three (3) years dedicated to OneStream implementations.

The projected compensation range for this position is between $110,000 and $135,000 based on experience, skills, and certifications. The Opportunity:
The Senior Associate is responsible for performing detailed audit procedures and documenting results in well-organized audit workpapers. This role supports the development of audit work plans and project deliverables, including analyzing financial statements, reports, and accounting records of internal or external entities to verify accuracy and compliance.
