Alan Armstrong began his career at Williams as an engineer more than 30 years ago. Today, as president and chief executive officer, Alan leads a dedicated team of nearly 5,000 employees that handle 30% of the natural gas in the United States used every day to heat our homes, cook our food and generate our electricity. Williams works closely with customers to provide the necessary infrastructure to serve growing markets and safely deliver natural gas products to reliably fuel the clean energy economy. Under his leadership, Williams’ natural gas-focused strategy has driven significant reductions in greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions, lowered consumers’ utility bills and paved the way for investments in renewable energy. As one of the largest energy infrastructure companies in the U.S., Williams has led the midstream space in meeting the growing demand for American-made energy while outlining practical and immediate steps toward a clean energy future by setting a goal of 56% absolute reduction in company-wide GHG emissions by 2030.Alan is a well-known speaker and respected panelist at energy conferences and seminars, as well as philanthropic and corporate events. He serves on the board of directors of the American Petroleum Institute and is a member of the National Petroleum Council, where he most recently chaired the Council’s 2019 Energy Infrastructure Study. He is also a member of the Business Roundtable. Additionally, Alan serves on the boards of several education-focused organizations including as a member of the Board of Trustees of the University of Oklahoma Foundation, Junior Achievement, USA and 3DE. He is a member of the boards of The Williams Foundation and Gilcrease Museum, as well as a member of the Distinguished Graduates Society of the Gallogly College of Engineering, University of Oklahoma.Alan lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma and is a proud Sooner with a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Kevin Williams is a Founder CFO VP Finance Director at Chief Financial Officers in Pacific Northwest and CFO VP of Finance, and Founder at WILLIAMS COMPANIES, INC. and is based in Spokane, Washington Area. He has worked as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Agribusiness international Co., Ltd; CFO VP of Finance, and Founder at BehlerMick CPA's and predecessor entity; and Corporate Controller at Knudsen Corporation. Kevin studied at Gonzaga University and University of Southern California.

Micheal G. Dunn was named Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Williams in February 2017.

In this role, he has direct oversight of the operational aspects of the business, focusing on achieving regulatory compliance and optimizing operations to enhance Williams’ competitive advantage and advance the execution of Williams long-term strategy.

Prior to his current role, Dunn served as President of Questar Pipeline and Executive Vice President of Questar Corporation. Named to this role in 2015, he was the executive leader of a major western United States natural gas transmission company comprising four FERC-regulated interstate pipelines with natural gas storage and processing capabilities.

From 2010 to 2015, Dunn served as president and CEO of PacifiCorp Energy, a multi-state regulated electric power generating company and a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway Energy. From 2007 to 2010, Dunn was president of Kern River Gas Transmission Company, also a Berkshire Hathaway Energy subsidiary. In this role, he provided overall leadership for this major interstate natural gas pipeline company.

Dunn began his career with Williams and spent 14 years with the company in its gas pipeline business, first as an Operations Engineer in Hutchinson, Kansas, then as a Construction Engineer and Chief Inspector in Utah during construction of the Kern River Gas Transmission System. He was a field operations supervisor in Wyoming for two years and spent another three years as Manager of Project Management, overseeing the project managers accountable for all gas pipeline capital projects in the West, including Northwest Pipeline. Dunn was one of Williams’ leaders asked to join Kern River when the company divested Kern River in 2002.
