Specific Responsibilities The Well OperationsTechnician is a technical position that is responsible for the optimization of all wells through its entire life cycle, from flowback to Plug & Abandonment. This position is expected to become an expert on all forms of surface operations and downhole artificial lift, including Rod Pump, ESP, Plunger Lift, Gas Lift, PAGL, Intermittent Lift, Jet Pump, and Progressive Cavity Pump.
* Communicate with the engineering team to choose the correct forms of artificial lift, troubleshoot wells, test new forms of technology, and minimize failure rates.
* Lead failure meetings to identify root causes and improvement opportunities with cross-function team of engineering, workover, chemical and lease operator representatives.
* Install calibrate, troubleshoot, and repair pump off controllers, radios, and drives.
* Troubleshoot problem wells using multiple tools and techniques both in the field and computer.
* Thorough familiarity with all configuration and inspection of rod pumps, including annual pumping unit inspections and repairs.
* Troubleshoot all forms of artificial lift through personal knowledge or external resources.
* Work with a multi-disciplined team to complete maintenance on well pad surface equipment.
* Perform artificial lift design using Rodstar.
* Complete failure analysis on wells before turning over to engineering.
* Coordinate with workover team during well intervention.
* Operate and perform minor repairs on model D and E Echometers.
* Demonstrate proficiency with PC based computer applications including but not limited to MS Office applications, Cygnet, TAM, OFM, Avocet, XBal.
* Assist in evaluation of chemical programs, maintaining consistent communication with the chemical team.
* Supervise crews and cranes on pumping unit moves and repairs.
* Attend pump teardowns and work with pump shops, engineering and the chemical team to complete Root Cause Failure Analysis on all downhole equipment failure.
* Mentor lease operators on troubleshooting wells and issues at the facilities.
* Handle all regulatory matters including handling the H-5s, H-15s, and MITs
* Supervise well stimulations and smaller intervention work including wireline, slickline, swabbing units.
* Handle miscellaneous jobs as needed, including flowback, data integrity reviews, hot watering, and temporary assistant foreman duties.

**About the role**
The OperationsTechnician is responsible for the overall safe operation, maintenance, and performance of a landfill gas to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) processing facility. This position requires 25%-50% travel per month (First 12 months in the position will require 50% travel per month when hired

+ Detect and correct faulty and malfunctioning mechanical and electrical components, devices and equipment.
+ Operate advanced instrumentation and process control systems.
+ Diagnose equipment malfunctions during emergencies and direct activities to restore normal operation or to shut down malfunctioning unit.
+ Test electrical systems and continuity of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures using testing devices such as ohmmeters and voltmeters.

A brief summary
We are looking for a skilled Technical Operations Center (TOC) Operator to join our team to ensure broadcast quality and connectivity is maintained to the highest operational level. In this role, the TOC Operator will be an integral part of the organization's TOC team and will work under the guidance of the TOC Lead while reporting to the Service Delivery Manager. The position is based in the greater Seattle area. The position may require international travel on occasion. The successful candidate will be assigned to the Remote Broadcast Center owned and operated by Riot Games. They will work across the Riot Games' Esport broadcasts featuring championships and tournaments from titles: League of Legends, Wild Rift and Valorant. The TOC Operator will be working with the latest technology in the most advanced Remote Broadcast Center in the World.
What you'll be responsible for
* Building, configuring, and monitoring complex OTT distribution workflows for remote partners, Costreamers, public platforms, and any other distribution partner worldwide.
* Platform channel management, ad insertion during live events and chat moderator assignment.
* Critical assessment of video and audio contribution feeds, proactive monitoring with rapid action to restore service using pre-defined emergency procedures.
* Rebroadcasts with the insertion of adverts on partner platforms.
* Maintain accurate and timely entries into the event's log throughout the event.
* Monitoring of all transmission equipment and software, escalating faults accordingly.

Required Qualifications

* An understanding of the conversion of baseband video to a compressed video format to facilitate delivery across a variety of networks and platforms.
* Experience in a live event production operation environment, preferably sports.

This position involves working with refined petroleum products and is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of company assets in full compliance with all applicable DOT, environmental, safety, and regulatory standards in support of 24/7/365 operations. Key responsibilities include executing and supporting pipeline Operations & Logistics, Damage Prevention and Right of Way relations, and performing Logistics & Storage Terminal loading rack duties as required.
The successful candidate is required to live within 45 minutes of the reporting location at 840 Heath Road, Heath, Ohio.
Travel, callouts, and overtime will be required on an as-needed basis.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to complete all necessary training to perform tasks associated with pipeline and terminal operations including but not limited to the following:

**About the role**
The OperationsTechnician is responsible for the overall safe operation, maintenance, and performance of a landfill gas to Renewable Natural Gas (RNG) processing facility. This position requires 25%-50% travel per month (First 12 months in the position will require 50% travel per month when hired for a new plant. **Key Accountabilities**

Leadership
Establishes work priorities and provides daily leadership and support to all assigned staff.

Serves as a member or advisor to the hospitals Risk Management, EOC (Environment of Care) and/or other appropriate committees, as needed.

Service
Leads and occasionally performs installation, troubleshooting, repair and calibration of clinical equipment.
Leads the maintenance of a calibration program for electronic and safety testing equipment used by the department.
Oversees administrative responsibilities of the department, including work order control, maintenance history records, SM and safety inspection requests and repair parts inventory records.
Provides strong verbal/written communications consistent with assigned tasks.

POSITION SUMMARY:
This position is responsible for assisting the Area Foreman/Area Supervisor as assigned with coordination of field operations including efficient use of time and mileage by Field Service Technicians; reduction of service repair costs through inventory control and timely preventative maintenance; and time management of work assignments.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor and reallocate service assignments to level work-loads and increase efficiencies.
Assist Field Service Technicians in performance of major decisions and repairs, diagnosing engine/compressor failures accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate set-up and testing, repairs and preventive maintenance as necessary to provide optimal customer service.
Organize Field Service Technicians to minimize driving time and response time.
Responsible for overseeing the routine scheduled preventive and corrective field mechanical service on gas compression units.
Represent the Company in a professional manner at all times and provide outstanding customer service while performing all assigned tasks.
Responsible for submitting accurate maintenance reports, expense reports, timesheets and other necessary paperwork daily and assist other technicians to ensure reports are submitted timely.
Oversee inventory control - manages the supply, storage and accessibility of parts as well as tools in order to insure an adequate supply to do the work without excessive oversupply or shrinkage.
Mentor less experienced Techs on utilizing the basic technical principles to determine the cause of compressor equipment problems and oversee the required repairs or arranges for additional diagnostic and/or repair support.
Conduct timely rebuilds/overhauls of compressors, engines and controls on gas compressor packages in the field or shop.
Respond to recurring problems and emergency services, as needed.
Train and assist lower-level technicians with assigned tasks.
