Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking Senior Manufacturing Operations Analysts (Level 4) to join the BCA Supply Chain Operations team in Everett, Washington.
We are recruiting talented individuals for the 777 BPS/Lean Integration Team to serve as Manufacturing Operations Analysts, supporting all 777 MBUs with process‑improvement and efficiency projects and initiatives.
Successful candidates will have experience supporting cross‑functional teams and engaging with leadership at various levels. They will demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and discretion, contribute to business planning and decision‑making, and provide valuable insights across the BCA value stream. Ideal candidates are proactive, highly detail‑oriented, and able to prioritize work efficiently and effectively.
Position Responsibilities:
Conducts assessments of processes and practices for comparison to applicable standards and criteria
Analyzes and interprets data
Provides feedback on assessment results
Run meetings to present data from workshops and assessments
Works with organizations to develop strategies, plans, and metrics to accomplish company initiatives, utilizing Lean methodologies or other applicable tools and processes
Works at the appropriate level in the organization to implement strategies and plans
Works under general direction
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in an aerospace, fabrication or manufacturing environment
3+ years of experience using LEAN Manufacturing and/or continuous improvement practices and tools in the workplace
3+ years of experience using Microsoft Products like Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
3+ years of experience communicating to employees, customers, peers, and multiple levels of leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelor's degree or higher
3+ years of Data Analysis experience
3+ years of experience with Project management
3+ years of experience with leading and influencing cross-functional teams
3+ years of experience with Quality Management Systems and/or One Boeing Production System (One BPS)

Our paid 11-week summer internship will not only enhance your studies, but also provide an educational experience you can't find in the classroom. As an intern, you will learn real world skills while building a professional network of future peers. Responsibilities
With this internship, the intern(s) will assist the Director of Flight Operations with duties in regards to managing the airline operation, ensuring FAA compliance and overall system safety. They will help to ensure that the company's FAA Operation Specifications and other regulatory documents are in compliance and current with FAA regulations.
In addition, the intern(s) will assist the Fleet Managers with duties as liaison between flight crews, aircraft manufacturer, Maintenance department, Training, and Operation management to resolve technical issues regarding their specific aircraft. The Intern(s) will assist the Fleet Mangers in playing a major role in aircraft and operating certificate certification and will be responsible to ensure that all fleet operations are conducted in a safe, functional, standardized, and cost effective manner. They help to ensure that the company Aircraft Operating Manuals are in compliance and current with FAA regulations and the aircraft manufacturer's operating procedures.
The intern(s) will also participate in many functions with the FAA, the Training Department, the Flight Technical Department as well as the Flight Operations Safety Board.
Typical job duties include:
Analyzing Envoy's daily flight statistics.
Researching operational issues and delays using SABRE and other real time computer systems.
Presenting analysis to managers, communicating findings and recommending process improvements

Qualifications

Responsibilities
The Intern will function as an airport analyst at DFW Airport Operations department (Data & Performance Analysis, auditing, operations/workforce planning of a Fixed Base Operation). A mentor will be assigned to the intern and will participate in various training opportunities during the internship that will include some travel across our ground handling network, in addition to split time between DFW Airport and Envoy headquarters. Upon completion of the internship, the intern will develop a deeper understanding of the job functions of an analyst and of the airline ground handling business.
Typical job duties include:
Collaborate with Workforce Planning and station leadership on various staffing analysis in our airports and new initiatives to help identify efficiencies in the operation
Assist in development and implementation of new processes and procedures to improve station performance, across multiple departments (baggage analysis, Delay drivers, and staffing utilization forecast vs actual trends)
Present analysis, process improvement initiatives and project results to senior management
Qualifications
The ideal candidate must be able to work in a team environment and the ability to prioritize work and projects in order to meet deadlines and objectives. Must be able to work with minimal supervision, report to work regularly and on-time, and be self-motivated.

Major Responsibilities and Functions:
• Performs daily 14 CFR Part 139 inspections in a vehicle and on foot related to pavement management, signage, markings, lighting, wildlife mitigation, safety areas, aircraft operations and NAVAIDS in order to maintain the Airport's Operating Certificate.
• Represents airport management when responding to incidents and emergencies as part of the Unified Incident Command under the Airport Emergency Plan and the Airport Security Program.

Responsibilities
The Specialist, North American Cross-Dock Operations, is responsible for maintaining the expected service level of all EFW shipments, updating shipments with the most accurate and timely status, and ensuring the quality of service provided to EFW customers. The Specialist, North American Cross-Dock Operations will also assist with the day-to-day activity of the dock as well as the integrity of freight and warehouse operations.
