Acquire cleanse, load and analyze business intelligence data used to evaluate Consumer Loans. Generate periodic technical reports based on analysis of business needs and company financial data. Create and maintain custom business intelligence tools, databases, dashboards and systems used to support the analysis of Consumer Loans. Follow best practices and coding standards. Research emerging development technologies, products and business intelligence processes, applying advanced knowledge of IT concepts and practices. Work at the direction of the Spot 18 Executive and Acquisition team. Responsible for all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including: design, coding, integration testing, deployment and documentation. Work closely with Business Intelligence team to tune data sets and queries involving large data sets. This position is 100% remote. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday Location: Resurgent Capital Services, L.P., 55 Beattie Place, Suite 110, Greenville, SC 29601 Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Econometrics or related field and 4 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Data Analyst (all levels), or related role where experience was gained. Special Skills: Also requires experience in the following: * Four (4) years of direct experience with Transact-SQL using Microsoft SQL Server Database. * Four (4) years of direct experience with Python, Powershell or C#. * Implement data structures, analytics, and operational reporting. * Create data models, and creating data pipelines for acquisition, cleansing, and integration. * Demonstrated experience in IT concepts and practices. * Understands and has used software development lifecycles. * Experience with organizational and project management.
