We offer a 5:1 and 6:1 ratio on our Medical Surgical units, 3:1 ratio on step-down and a 2:1 ratio in our critical care units.
Our Winter Option offers nurses with a minimum of 2 years of experience the opportunity to do a short term contract and convert to Daily Option/PRN after an 18 week assignment.
