Total Compensation Package from $84,500 to $120,000 annually. Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees.
Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company.
*BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible.

What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.

Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.

Company Overview:
Cornerstone Caregiving is the largest privately owned in-home care company. With a focus on giving our seniors the option to age in place, we are seeking out an elite leader to spearhead the growth of this branch. This location is already established, which is a bonus!
Responsibilities:
As the director, you will independently manage and lead this branch, along with unparalleled and ongoing corporate training and support.
Business Development:
Develop and execute a marketing plan to establish Cornerstone as the preferred in-home care provider.
Referral building:
Cultivate and manage relationships with referral partners (hospitals, hospices, senior living, etc.).
Staffing and Scheduling:
Hiring and onboarding new team members and ensuring all shifts are properly staffed. Monitor on-call responsibilities as calls come from clients, caregivers and partners.
In-home Assessments:
Build strong client relationships, conduct intakes, and ensure client satisfaction.
Financial Management:
Oversee office budget that is reflected in profit and loss statements.
Cultivating Culture:
Creating the workplace of choice for your territory. Set your own standard through incentivizing, motivating, setting the tone of your team morale.
Preferred Qualifications:
A proven leader with previous experience managing a team
Success with meeting sales and business development goals
Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment
Entrepreneurial mindset
Experience with direct recruitment, hiring and oversight of staff
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
