The Auto Club Group is seeking prospective Member Representative I's or Branch Customer Service and Sales Representatives who can promote ACG products and services, promote customer satisfaction, and participate in office events to help generate revenue by improving member awareness of products. As the face of our branch, you will greet our customers and provide peace of mind by servicing their needs.
Provide sales and support services to members including greeting, servicing, and selling membership, travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages, etc.) and (some) banking products.
Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information

The Coordinator develops and promotes programs focused on student advocacy, leadership, and success to enhance the out-of-classroom collegiate experience and actively engage students with the College and community. Job Duties
* Assist in planning and implementing all Student Life activities and programs.
* Lead the redesign, implementation, and ongoing initiatives of the Council for Leadership, Advocacy, and Student Success (CLASS).
* Oversee the Esports Program by managing staff, ensuring compliance to league policies, and handling administrative issues as they arise.
* Support the evaluation, development, planning, and implementation of intramural athletic activities.
* Aid the Director in the oversight of initiatives and supervision of the Bear Engagement Leadership Program (BELs).
* Serve as Co-advisor for both CLASS and BELs.
* Plan and coordinate ongoing co-curricular programming and college-wide events.
* Assist with on-ground New Student Orientation program at each campus.
* Develop and support the creation of an Online New Student Orientation for online students and those unable to attend on-ground orientation.
* Support the development and growth of student organizations, including but not limited to recruiting campus advisors for clubs and organizations, promoting awareness of campus events, and recruiting student participation in student clubs and organizations.
* Contribute to the development and publication of student life-related materials.
* Assist with annual training for student organization advisors and offer guidance and oversight throughout the year.
* Complete other assignments as directed by supervision.
Minimum Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution
* One year of experience in an educational institution working with student affairs or student leadership programs, event planning, volunteer management, athletics administration, communications, or customer service
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree from an accredited institution
* Three years of experience managing student governance, student activities programs, new student programs, or leadership programs

* Possess a basic knowledge of computer equipment and Microsoft Office applications (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

* Associate's degree or higher in Criminal Justice Technology or related field.
* At least two years of law enforcement experience.

Leadership & Supervisory: Does not have any supervisory responsibility. Most work is performed without direct supervision; however, this position reports directly to and receives supervision from the department Sergeant, Captain and/or Chief.
Environment & Working Conditions: Work is completed in a variety of different settings including indoor and outdoor. Incumbent is regularly exposed to different weather conditions including extreme heat and cold, rain, wind, etc. Some work is completed in a temperature-controlled office setting with good lighting.
Physical Demands (including requirements for travel or working nights/weekends/holidays):
* Requires frequent and significant movement by foot and patrol car.
* Requires use of hands, eye, and finger coordination, must be able to handle and operate various types of police equipment to include firearms, Taser, handcuffs, baton, operation of communication equipment and/or other job tools.
* Must be able to complete required training, including mandatory annual P.O.S.T training.
* Must be able to wear a ballistic vest
* Requires occasional reaching with hands and arms, climbing or balancing, stooping, kneeling, jumping, walking, running, and crouching.
* Must occasionally lift or move up to 100 pounds.
* Requires close, distance, and peripheral vision and depth perception.
* Requires working different shifts, some holidays, and some weekends.
