Responsibilities:

What You'll Do as a Personal Care Resident Assistant
Deliver personal care in accordance with the Resident Assessment and Support Plan (RASP) and under supervision of the Charge Nurse or Charge Med Tech.
Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, toileting, eating, ambulation, and hygiene needs.
Monitor and accurately document vital signs, intake/output, and overall resident condition.
Support daily resident life, including laundry, tidying rooms, and participating in activity engagement.
Assist in dining services-serving meals and supporting meal choices.
Ensure safety and cleanliness of the environment while following all Fairmount and regulatory guidelines.
Report changes in resident condition and contribute to a positive team environment.
Qualifications
Experience in caregiving or a similar healthcare role preferred
