Current Opening: * Full-time (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM with rotating 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM) may include rotating weekends, holidays, and evening shifts. The Laundry Supervisor oversees the laundry team and daily production, with the primary goal of ensuring all laundry services are performed in accordance with Tandem Living standards. Documents daily progress and submits all completed training documentation at the end of the training or probationary period. * Manages inventory and ordering of supplies, maintains updated records of linens in storage, tracks equipment repairs or replacements, and ensures all linen closets are adequately stocked, clean, and organized. * Completes monthly laundry audits and monitors all laundry areas for compliance with Tandem Living standards. Reports findings to the Director and Assistant Director of Housekeeping and Laundry at the end of each month. * Assists the Director of Housekeeping and Laundry with the creation and updating of spreadsheets, checklists, forms, and other documentation as needed.
