Strong interpersonal skills/high EQ with an aptitude to work effectively as a team. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting tight deadlines. High school diploma or equivalent is required. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Experience providing litigation support. Intermediate-to-advanced knowledge of PDF applications (e.g., Kofax), document management systems (e.g., NetDocs), and time entry systems (e.g., Aderant). Compensation is determined upon the market in which the position is located, the responsibilities of the position, the experience and skills of the applicant, and other job-related factors. The estimated salary range for this Cleveland position is $53,000 to $96,500. This position requires the employee to work on-site at the Cleveland office on a schedule determined by the Manager for the benefit of the department and Firm. The hours for this position are either 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. ET or 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. This position is eligible to participate in a hybrid (remote/in-office) schedule upon successful completion of at least a 90-day training period.
