Most of the employees are great to work with. People are friendly and go above and beyond to be of assistance when needed.
Upper management is detached from reality and forgot what it is like to actually be a part of the working environment. Raises are almost nonexistant even though benefit costs to employees are rising every year. Nonessential personnel are required to be off for holidays but must use PTO if they want to be paid for the time off.
The members of my team are my favorite perk and benefit of working at Wills Memorial Hospital in Washington, GA.
They really know how to pull the wool over peoples' eyes. They also are only interested in improving their own interests and don't care about the employees.
Replace upper management with people who are willing to take care of the employees both with recognition, benefits, and pay.
The research that I have performed on my salary suggests that it is near the lower end of the industry range.
