There are no pros.
There is no home life, no salary raise, lack of closing the loop of communication, no employee compassion, you are expendable and replaceable.
There are no perks. It’s a negative, fake environment to work in.
Nothing positive to say. Never met the CEO, the leadership team is inept
Being honest helps, along with patient care, there should be a balance with employee care too. They don’t keep their word, their needs to be better communication and actual face to face discussions with employees instead of using a “middle person”, hire competent people, reward employees for work done and years of service,
I prepared for a job interview based off of years of previous job interviews and experience
