Overview:
The Operating Room Manager is responsible for direct supervision and management of Operating Room and Sterile Processing Department.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily staff scheduling; making appropriate staffing adjustments to meet the needs of the departments
Direct supervision for clinical staff to include assisting DON with yearly evaluations
Assists with the Center's compliance with local, state, federal regulations and accreditation agencies
Collaborates with Wilmington Health teams for Infection Prevention and Control and Organizational Quality Performance Improvement
Maintains a general nursing knowledge of perioperative nursing care
Participates as a leader and/or participant on assigned Center committees
Assists with activities of contract personnel (EVS)
Performs other duties as may be appropriately required or assigned

Purpose:

Purpose:
Performs technical procedures using ultrasound waves that require independent judgment based on knowledge of human anatomy, physiology and the normal and abnormal variation.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Verifies patients identification and physician's orders.
Prepares patients for exams and explains procedures while performing studies.
Obtains pertinent diagnostic examinations for physicians in relation to the ultrasound.
Correlates the clinical history with the test to be performed.
Consults with referring physicians regarding patient's previous history and decision of appropriate ultrasonic procedures required.
Perform the ultrasound ensuring the transducer is capturing images of every angle/section that must be assessed.
Responsible for the care and safety of patients undergoing treatment and use of equipment to minimize hazards of electric shock, burns and extraneous radiation to patients
Maintain patient records and add medical notes related to the ultrasound procedure. Send images to PAC's system.
Maintain ultrasound equipment and sterilize the room in which the procedure takes place.
Maintain patient care areas with appropriate supplies
Attend staff meetings or other company sponsored or mandated meetings as required

Qualifications:
Required:
American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) Certified.
CPR Certified.
Thorough understanding of their ultrasound equipment, including knobology and camera settings.
Must have basic computer skills including Microsoft applications.
Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
One year experience as a Radiologic Technologist or in a hospital/imaging center.

Collection and mailing of PKU and sickle cell filter paper test to the state laboratory
Collection of throat swabs for quick strep testing
Instruct patients on correct procedures for collecting clean catch urine specimens
Prepare specimens for microscopic review
Set up and read ESR's
Sending appropriate letters to parents when children need to repeat PKU, sickle cell, and/or lead testing
Keep lab supplies stocked
Analyze samples for proficiency testing
Oversee operation of lab in and communicate appropriately with site manager and lab manager
Mark correct charges on front ticket
Bring critical lab results to attention of providers
Check temps in fridge, room, incubator, freezer, humidity and record in log book
Correctly package and have ready to transport any bio-hazard materials used in lab
Run controls of newly opened kits, i.e. strep, mono, urine, pregnancy, flu, RSV per package insert
Clean lab counters daily and when spills occur and record on cleaning calendar
Prepare control data to be sent for monthly evaluation and peer-group comparison
Utilize Orchard LIS system for lab order entry, result entry, patient inquiry, editing results or orders
Utilize EMR and Experior for appropriate lab needs
All other duties as assigned by Lab Manager
Travel to different locations as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1-2 years phlebotomy experience

Purpose:
The Population Data Analyst supports organization-wide quality and performance improvement activities. The Population Data Analyst will trend and analyze key performance metrics to allow for more informed decision making toward improved clinical care processes, and clinical, service and financial outcomes. Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage value-based reporting requirements for various payer programs, including the development, maintenance, quality assurance, and timely submission of clinical data
