What You'll Do The Senior Graphic Designer works under the direction of the Art Director, providing design and creative solutions for the marketing needs of our Sportswear business (apparel + footwear). The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for managing the complete graphic design process from initial concept to production, including motion and graphic design. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work and experience in a variety of campaign and digital design disciplines.The successful candidate will be passionate about creating visually appealing and engaging designs that help us achieve our strategic goals. Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Partners with Art/Creative Director, marketing teams, and internal designers, to develop campaigns and creative executions from concept to production. Concepts around high-level campaign strategy and builds visual centers for upcoming product launches. Designs across mediums including digital, social, D2C, marketing sell-in, activations/events, POP, packaging, and other specialty projects as assigned by the Art Director and Project Manager. Works with internal and external photographers on campaign and product photoshoots. Collaborates with copywriters on strategy, details, background, layouts and client direction for various projects. Works with the project manager to keep projects on track while managing multiple initiatives at once What We're Looking For This role requires an associate degree in graphics or a related area; bachelor's degree preferred plus at least 5 years of in-house or agency graphic design experience and a strong portfolio of previous work. Other qualifications include: Examples of campaign level strategy work and design build out. Excellent working knowledge of Mac computers and adobe software. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma and associated design software Knowledge of photography and lighting Knowledge in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint Motion and video design abilities required Basic understanding of print production Solid attention to detail with strong organization and project management skills Strong communication skills to effectively present information, respond to questions and work with the cross-functional teams Proven ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet multiple deadlines What We'll Provide A reasonable estimate of the pay range is $85,000-100,000 per year at the time of this posting. Key Responsibilities: Contact and collaborate with students' schools (district reps, special education coordinators, counselors) to initiate, request evaluation for, or support revision of IEPs and 504 Plans in alignment with student needs and legal timelines. Obtain and manage required releases of information; track status of IEP/504 referrals, evaluations, eligibility meetings, and implementation milestones.
