A DAY IN THE LIFE of a Field Insurance Agent I
The Auto Club Group is seeking a prospective Field Insurance Agent I who is responsible for the sale and service of ACG branded and brokered insurance products, memberships, and financial products within an ACG branch.
· Uses sales techniques and product knowledge to identify customer-specific needs to generate new sales, retain existing insureds, and grow ACG's overall insurance book of business.
· Effectively overcomes objections to close the sale and/or retain the insured.
· Works to meet or exceed targets as defined in the sales incentive plan and goals assigned by leadership.
· Conducts insurance review for clients to identify a range of suitable products. Uses provided tools and applicable underwriting guidelines to assess risk, recommend appropriate products and related coverage, quote, bind and issue policies.
· Participates in local branch events, to solicit new business, create and expand business networks.
· Build rapport critical to establishing customer satisfaction, loyalty, and affinity to the AAA brand.
· Responds to customer inquiries and requests relating to insurance, membership, and financial products.
· Refer Members to other applicable lines of business (i.e., Travel & Financial Services) as deemed appropriate.

Required Qualifications:
· Current Property & Casualty Insurance Sales license
· Current Life Insurance Sales license, or obtain within 90 days of hire

The individual functioning in this capacity will generate boatload information to the proper areas, ensure that proper load blending is achieved and will process all necessary paperwork. All duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and the individual works as a team member. The primary responsibility of this position is that of boatload specialist.
**WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH**
+ Generates boatload information to sales administrative assistant, loading vessels, distribution, terminals, and Inland Lakes Management.
+ Fills in for Shipping Leader as required
+ Communicates boatload information to department, distribution and terminal personnel.
+ Responsible for the safe operation of the loading system.
+ Responsible for loading to be done in an environmentally safe fashion.
+ Recreates cargo designs based on changing conditions.

This position reports directly to the Area Leader. All duties are performed in a work-safe manner; plant safety rules are followed and individual works as a team member. Primary responsibilities of this position are to become familiar with the layout of the plant and proficient in the use of equipment that will maintain the cleanliness of the plant grounds, assist in maintenance and delivery of materials. Maintenance of plant roads, sidewalks, rail tracks and switches, emptying of oil drums and operation of oil-water separator.

WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE OUR LICENSED PHARMACY TECHNICIAN
This is a full-time position with a consistent schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.
No evenings or weekends.
In this role, you will support the PACE program by managing refill requests, performing medication reconcilliations, and collaborating with clinical staff to monitor medication adherence. You'll receive and organize daily medication deliveries, maintain inventory and storage standards, and ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines. Your attention to detail and professionalism will directly impact the quality of care provided to our participants.

Part Time Instructor - First Year Student Seminar
Alpena, MI
This position will teach courses that introduce new students to the meaning, purpose, and value of postsecondary education and the college curriculum. This course will also address non-cognitive issues and the challenges they present to successful completion of a college degree and focuses on the development of skills, strategies, habits, and attitudes to deal with life issues. Part Time Faculty normally teach one or two courses per semester. Teaching assignments may be available for day and evening courses. Compensation is based on the total contact hours taught per semester, starting at $676 per contact hour. Benefits include State of Michigan retirement plan, tuition waiver and free membership to the ACC Wellness Center.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong working knowledge of teaching methods.
Student support experience (advising, counseling, etc.).
Teaching experience in a higher education setting preferred.
Computer competency in word processing, instructional software and online instruction preferred.
