The Operation Transition team also collaborates with WilsonHCG clients on veteran hiring and creates various training content, which is tailored to each client and assists recruiters to successfully screen veterans. In 2018, as a result of Ken’s continued support, WilsonHCG was recognized as a best-in-class organization for military hiring and was accepted in Military.com’s Veteran Hiring Commitment Program.
