Qualifications Required Qualifications • Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. • Admission to the Pennsylvania Bar or eligibility for admission. • 1 to 3 years of professional legal experience, including courtroom advocacy. • Strong legal research, analytical, and writing skills. • Effective oral advocacy skills and professional courtroom presence. • Ability to manage assignments independently while working collaboratively as part of a team. • Excellent communication skills and a demonstrated commitment to client-focused representation. Preferred Qualifications • Prior experience handling misdemeanor or felony cases. • Litigation experience, including trial preparation. • Spanish language proficiency strongly preferred. • Familiarity with Pennsylvania criminal court systems and procedures.
