ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of cybersecurity Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) and enterprise resilience programs across both Wind River and Aptiv. This dual-entity role will serve as a key operational leader, ensuring regulatory compliance, audit readiness, risk tracking, and documentation integrity across multiple frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, SOX, GDPR, FedRamp, CMMC and TISAX. While the Director maintains strategic ownership of all four functional areas (GRC, TPRM, Training, and Resilience), this role will provide hands-on coverage for Wind River's TPRM and Training efforts, working closely with the Aptiv TPRM & Training Manager to ensure continuity and alignment. In addition, this role will own GRC workstreams supporting OneAptiv integration, directly supporting Aptiv, Wind River, and other OneAptiv companies as needed, including TSA execution and M&A onboarding. This position is critical to stabilizing day-to-day operations and enabling long-term scalability across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities: Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)
Lead execution of GRC programs across Aptiv and Wind River, including control maintenance, risk register updates, and audit readiness.
Maintain documentation, controls, and audit-ready evidence for ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, TISAX, SOX, NIS2, CMMC and GDPR across both Aptiv and Wind River, incorporating new regulatory or customer requirements as they arise.
Administer GRC tooling (ZenGRC, AuditBoard, ServiceNow), ensuring accuracy, auditability, and workflow continuity.
Manage internal risk exceptions, maturity roadmaps, and control owners' engagement.
Provide daily operational support to maintain compliance posture and support regulatory assessments.
Enterprise Resilience
Own documentation and execution for business impact assessments (BIAs), continuity planning, and tabletop exercises.
Coordinate resilience planning with cross-functional partners including IT, Facilities, Cyber Defense, and Legal.
Maintain continuity playbooks, incident response records, and recovery planning materials.
Wind River Support: TPRM & Training
Provide execution support for Wind River's third-party risk assessments, evidence collection, and remediation tracking.
Execute and drive enforcement of cybersecurity right-to-audit clauses with vendors and partners.
Review and provide redlines on cybersecurity and compliance sections of both buy-side and sell-side contracts.
Collaborate with the Aptiv TPRM Manager to align vendor risk governance across both companies.
Help coordinate Wind River's cybersecurity awareness campaigns, mandatory training compliance, and role-based content support.
Audit & Assurance
Lead evidence preparation and walkthroughs for external audits, customer assessments, and internal audit reviews.
Maintain and update System Security Plans (SSPs), Plans of Action & Milestones (POA&Ms), and customer documentation requests.
Coordinate audit response activities across control owners, internal SMEs, and external parties.
OneAptiv Integration & M&A Execution
Support cybersecurity onboarding and governance alignment for newly acquired companies.
Assist with Transitional Services Agreements (TSA) by managing control design, evidence preparation, and GRC tooling integration.
Track risks and compliance issues related to integration timelines, especially where inherited entities lack cybersecurity maturity.
Cross-Functional Delivery
Support Director-led strategic initiatives through dependable execution and documentation follow-through.
Work closely with Architecture, Legal, Product Security, and external vendors to manage dependencies and unblock progress.
Escalate capacity or clarity issues early to avoid unnecessary risk acceptance or execution gaps.
Required Qualifications:
7-10+ years of cybersecurity risk, compliance, audit, or GRC program experience.
Experience managing or contributing to ISO 27001, NIST 800-171, SOX, GDPR, or TISAX efforts.
Proficiency with GRC platforms and internal controls execution.
Strong writing and documentation skills.
Must reside in Greater Boston area with ability to be present on site at least 3 days/weekly.
United States Citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience working in a multi-entity environment or during M&A integration.
Familiarity with SBOM, secure SDLC, vendor risk workflows, and cybersecurity awareness campaigns.
CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO Lead Auditor, or similar certification preferred.

Educational Requirements
Bachelor or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Math, Physics, or related technical field preferred.
Experience/ Competencies
6-8 years' experience in development and production operations supporting a cloud-based environment required with 3-5 years of customer facing role experience preferred.
Understanding of Cloud vs. on premise computing. Solid understanding of fundamentals of cloud computing.
Experience with Azure or Amazon AWS or similar SaaS solutions.
Experience in C/C++ and shell/ Python scripting.
Familiarity with DevOps CI/CD, Dockers, Kubernetes and involved tools.
Experience in virtualization/containerization technologies like KVM, docker, containerd. Experience working with Xen-based virtualization as well as using and testing on Linux systems is a plus.

Secure Delivery System Architecture
Enforce Security by Policy: Define product requirements that leverage Konflux's foundation, where security is enforced through policy rather than documentation. Ensure the system embeds Secure SDLC activities directly into build and release pipelines, making security automatic rather than an external gate.
Scalable CI/CD: Utilize Konflux's design, which uses dedicated clusters to replace traditional concurrency limits, enabling heavy-duty teams to deliver faster and allowing for enough scale for ambitious goals, such as daily releases for supported product versions.
Traceability and Artifact Management: Lead enhancements in Pipelines and GitOps to enable full traceability from Git commit, to build and image artifacts, and to supply chain security artifacts (sig, sbom, etc.). The system must be capable of generating accurate SBOMs and monitoring product releases with precision.
Feature Delivery and Innovation
Commercializing Upstream: Manage the delivery of a key 2026 milestone: ensuring Konflux is Deployable and Consumable Upstream for customers and community members to self-install and start using as a secure build system.
Trusted Artifacts: Drive the successful delivery of trusted content, which uses SLSA Level 3 Konflux to build popular software packages.
AI Integration: Determine the productization plan for bringing applied AI to Konflux as a build system and to market via RHADS.
Component Strategy: Define the evolution of related supply chain products, such as incorporating Red Hat Trusted Profile Analyzer (NIST based assessment for regulatory compliance) and supporting the extension of Red Hat Trusted Artifact Signer (including Post Quantum Crypto support).
What You Will Bring
10+ years of enterprise software industry experience in product management, technical marketing, or a similar technical product or customer-facing role, specifically focused on developer tools, DevOps, or secure/trusted software supply chain solutions
Deep understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC), particularly in large, complex enterprise environments, and a passion for improving the developer experience
Expert-level knowledge of developer tooling and build systems, with direct experience or familiarity with the concepts and challenges involved in operating an internal build and dependency system (like the one that will become RHADS)
Extensive knowledge of trusted software supply chain concepts, including security standards, best practices (e.g., SLSA), dependency management, vulnerability scanning, signing, provenance, and the use of tools like Tekton, Jenkins, or similar CI/CD pipelines

ABOUT YOU
Requirements & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or consulting role, preferably with a focus on software or technology products.
Technical familiarity with cloud technologies (i.e., containers, Kubernetes, etc.), AI/ML, cybersecurity, containerization & virtualization, automation & orchestration concepts is required.
Additional knowledge/experience in US government DoD process, requirements and certifications for software compliancy (STIG/SRG, FedRamp, FIP, etc) and ATO (Authority to Operate) would be a advantage.
Familiarity with product delivery lifecycle and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like team with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data and strategy into clear, actionable insights
Experience leveraging data and research to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and inform product decisions
Ability to adapt across product definition, technical discussions, and go-to-market or partner enablement activities
Eagerness to learn and grow within product management and go-to-market engagements.
Bachelor's degree required. Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role's listed grade level is currently $90,000 to $110,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents and $115,000 to $125,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington DC residents.
