ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
We are seeking a technically skilled and analytically driven Product Analyst to join our Private Cloud Product Management team. In this role, you will help shape the future of our Wind River Private Cloud product offering. You'll play a key role in supporting strategic decision-making by aggregating and analyzing inputs from customers, sales, partners, and market research. Your insights will help inform product content, identify emerging trends, and support investment planning across our private cloud solutions.
You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, Partner, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment on product requirements, execution, and go-to-market readiness. ABOUT YOU
Requirements & Qualifications
2-5 years of experience in a product analyst, business analyst, or consulting role, preferably with a focus on software or technology products.
Technical familiarity with cloud technologies (i.e., containers, Kubernetes, etc.), AI/ML, cybersecurity, containerization & virtualization, automation & orchestration concepts is required.
Additional knowledge/experience in US government DoD process, requirements and certifications for software compliancy (STIG/SRG, FedRamp, FIP, etc) and ATO (Authority to Operate) would be a advantage.
Familiarity with product delivery lifecycle and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
Thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like team with a collaborative mindset and strong sense of ownership
Strong executive communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate data and strategy into clear, actionable insights
Experience leveraging data and research to identify trends, evaluate opportunities, and inform product decisions
Ability to adapt across product definition, technical discussions, and go-to-market or partner enablement activities
Eagerness to learn and grow within product management and go-to-market engagements.
Bachelor's degree required. Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
Compensation
The annual base salary range for this role's listed grade level is currently $90,000 to $110,000 plus a bonus for Colorado, New York, and New Jersey residents and $115,000 to $125,000 plus a bonus for SF Bay Area, Greater Seattle, NYC, and Washington DC residents.

POSITION SUMMARY
