We are Wind Talker Innovations (WTI), a forward-thinking business team with over 100 years of collective experience building critical communication networks. Our acquired knowledge in this sector has driven us to develop the next generation of networked connectivity: Osmosis. WTI is a pioneering technology company, founded in 2016 to pursue our vision of using existing network equipment and architecture in unconventional ways to provide data communications around the globe safely and securely. With offices in Alaska, Washington, and Florida, we are growing rapidly with new funding, expert personnel, and accelerating technology development. WTI currently has over 200 approved patent claims that make up our secret sauce. Osmosis is a visionary software solution that's forging a world of infinite connections by enhancing the potential of current networks, making them inherently secure and unfettered by constraints. The connectivity universe is changing rapidly. The limitations of current systems are being upgraded with faster, more economical technology. But even these new players lack real security, resilience, and flexibility. Osmosis sits “over-the-top” of existing networks - meaning no infrastructure development is necessary. That also means seamless integration with current devices and networks, while extending their reach and passing more data with greater security. The potential markets for Osmosis are unlimited - from Smart City technology, to First Responders, to Logistics tracking and Consumer Facing Mobile. The opportunities in Transportation are very exciting! Osmosis can enable fully autonomous vehicle implementation in the Automotive sector. There are many Aviation industry applications as well, including providing passengers with secure in-flight connections and allowing aviation partners to realize new revenue streams and a safer travel experience. We are transcending humanity's communications barriers by building a secure, self-sustaining network and providing a blanket of connectivity available to all!Based in Washington, Wind Talker Innovations is a small telecommunication company with only 50 employees and an annual revenue of $540,000.

Pros of working at Wind Talker Innovations
It seemed like a good opportunity to work at a startup.
Cons of working at Wind Talker Innovations
The "CEO" was the most unprofessional person I've ever worked with. He would yell and curse in meetings, including at senior customer personnel. He'd blame everyone for the outcome of decisions he had made. He would relentlessly slander anyone who disagreed with him. It was bizarre.
Wind Talker Innovations benefits
Work from home.
What do you like best about Wind Talker Innovations's CEO and the leadership team?
The CEO had no real business management experience and never got close to earning positive revenue. He literally never delivered a positive business outcome.
How would you improve Wind Talker Innovations's culture?
Hire someone to figure out how the CEO actually behaves, I think the board and investors might be shocked when they find out the truth.
How did you prepare for the Wind Talker Innovations interview?
Nothing out of the ordinary.
How does your compensation at Wind Talker Innovations compare to the industry average?
Average compensation.
What's the diversity at Wind Talker Innovations like?
