Pull, count, and verify parts by manufacturer part number necessary for assembly per work order
Setup parts according to program setup sheet, correcting feeder pitch, vibe plate and tray
Utilize X-ray function to verify proper placement and quality of solder joints on BGA/QFN parts
Tear down and restore parts to inventory upon job completion
Create new printer programs and teach device layout paste checks for all fine pitch, BGA and specialty parts
Complete tasks as directed by production schedules with minimum supervision
Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment and follow prescribed regulations
Able to work with speed and efficiency while ensuring product quality

Turn in maintenance work orders to supervision for needed repairs, be proactive in the maintenance of equipment.
Operate the machine at expectation levels for quality and production.
Maximize the utilization of equipment by operating the machinery at available capacity and speed.
Practice safe work habits always.
Make recommendations for optimizing the production schedule to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
Train and assist Help/Assistant with job duties at the machine.
Comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety and maintaining good housekeeping.
Ability to work overtime as the business requires.
Ability to trouble shoot issues on machine to minimize downtime and material waste.
Additional duties as assigned.
Regular and predictable attendance.

REQUIRED EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

Manufacturing Trade certification is a plus, but it not required

At least 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred. Corrugated packaging experience is preferred, not required.

Ability to add, to subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

Job Summary
We are looking for a Machine Operator to work directly under our Floor Supervisor. This position will gain first-hand knowledge of EPS manufacturing processes.
Pay: $ 16.00 hr
Responsibilities
Machine operator for hot wire cutting lines with efficient consistent workflow to maximize efficiency while adhering to company policies and safety procedures.
Stretch wrap bundles as needed/palletizing.
Track block numbers.
Tape measure/ruler knowledge.
Adaptive to change (Moving from one line to another).
Qualifications
Hardworking and enthusiastic personality.
Must be minimum of 18 years of age.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
Able to manage and set priorities in a changing environment.
High degree of self-motivation and flexibility.
