Responsibilities
Assess clients' needs, preferences, and financial capacity to recommend appropriate real estate solutions
Conduct detailed comparative market analyses to determine property values and pricing strategies accurately
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including contracts, agreements, leases, and closing statements, in compliance with legal and regulatory standards

A typical Week would require
§ Discipline to make 400 calls per week.
§ Time management skills to balance multiple tasks and schedules.
§ Travel as may be required to meet Clients and tour properties.
§ Manage listings and maintain our database of properties and investors
§ Assist and quarterback the sale through the entire deal cycle.
§ Market Analysis to uncover opportunities and track Real Estate market activity in your territory
§ Study the economy, trends, government relations, and population data that affect property valuation. We never stop learning.
§ Review lease documents, construction plans and surveys, legal documents, and third-party reports as they relate to culmination of a Sale.

The Inside Salesperson is responsible for serving as the first point of contact for clients, especially new clients. This is an in-house role requiring someone who is highly personable, organized, detail-oriented, and exceptional at managing both customer-facing and behind-the-scenes responsibilities. Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Sales
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls, emails, website inquiries, and walk-ins·
Engage with clients to understand their event and rental needs
Accurately recording detailed client, billing, event, and venue information for order entry
Maintain an in-depth understanding of available inventory
Identify and suggest additional products or services that may enhance the client's rental experience
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, vendors, and venues to foster repeat business, new leads, and referrals.
Order Management
Prepare and present accurate quotes
Generate and maintain accurate rental orders and contracts
Work with the Inventory department to find solutions to overbookings and sub-rentals
Process payments for cash on delivery (COD) accounts·
Work with the Accounting department on remit accounts, credits, & outstanding payments
Warehouse & Logistics
Work with the Warehouse, Logistics department & Will Call departments to arrange for timely deliveries, set-ups, and pick-ups
Promote a safe work environment for our employees by identifying and addressing safety concerns for deliveries, set-ups, and pick-ups
Secure permits, certificates of insurance, and other regulatory requirements as needed
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a relevant field preferred
3 years of event planning and office administration required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly creative and excellent attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel)
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Able to work independently or on a team, depending on the situation/project

What to Expect?
The Inside Sales Associate works with customers to find what they want, create solutions and ensure a smooth sales process.
On a daily basis our Inside Sales Associate:
Establishes relationships with customers by assisting walk-in and phone customers, representing the company in a professional manner.
Processes, pulls and distributes customer products quickly and efficiently.
Handles questions and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Accurately performs data entry of sales orders to generate an invoice of products ordered to be picked up or delivered. Secures payment of invoice with proper funds or obtain credit authorization in accordance with company policy.
Evaluates and determines disposition of warranty items handled at the counter, as prescribed by the manufacturer's warranty policy and customer needs.
Estimates date of delivery to customer, based on knowledge of vendor's production and delivery schedules.
Assists in receiving, shipping, and general warehouse duties.
What You Will Need:
High school diploma or GED.
1+ years related inside sales experience preferred.
The ability to move 100 pounds with a dolly.
Strong counter "presence" and the ability to deal directly with customers for a large portion of the day.
Strong customer-service attitude.
Good computer skills including MS Office programs.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment dealing with inventory, product allocations and customer issues.
Familiarity with a related product line such as pool supplies, parts, chemicals or pool construction helpful.
