I thought the pros of working at windfall where the consumers and having off every weekend.

What is the best about the leader ship at windfall is not very good except the leadership is good to the consumers but not the employees atleast not all of the employees.

How would you improve Windfall Industries's culture?

I would improve the culture by paying employees more, being able to do more with and for the consumers, and fix the building up

I prepared for the interview by making sure that I wore the correct clothes and brought what I needed with me
